Hybrid Training

Perfect for intermediate trainees. Hybrid training bridges the gap between 1:1 sessions and fully remote coaching. With one in person session a week to go over any questions or technique that might need to be reviewed, you also get a fully custom training program delivered via the Compound App complete with a video library for you to complete. Training anywhere from two to six times a week for whatever best fits your schedule and goals.

1:1 Training

1:1 in personal training sessions. Here you will learn the nuances of major movements and be exposed to a variety of exercises, modalities and training methods that best suit your personal goals with a program designed with you in mind as an individual.
