Meet Your Coach

Seth Zanutto

With 10+ years of experience in the fitness industry, and 20 years of training boxing and kickboxing I’ve helped everyone from C-Suite executives who need to lose a few pounds, to marathon runners who need to mitigate injury and improve running economy, and MMA champions and golden gloves competitors who need to be in top shape. I am passionate about using a principal based approach to training that will fit your specific needs. Each one of my clients is an individual with different needs and I strive to meet everyone where they are in their own journey in order to help them excel at what they do.

In my free time, since I no longer compete in combat sports, I’ve shifted the focus of my own training to olympic weightlifting and running. Outside of the gym I love going to concerts, and reading!
